What are refractors, parallels and numbered cards?
A parallel is a variation of a base card. Some parallels are serial-numbered, such as /25 or /50. Topps often uses the term Refractor, while Panini uses Prizm for certain reflective card finishes. Always check the individual listing for the exact set, variation, condition and serial number.
